Look it up online. I looked into that before surgery cuz it is a concern. I am only telling you to research it because there is a supplement you can take in addition to more protein but I can't remember the name.

My surgeon is very strict. I was 4 weeks liquids then 4 weeks purees after surgery. Here was what got me through... "I am getting my life back. In the grand scheme of things, what is 2 months?" It really did help...a little. I started getting creative toward the end with seeing exactly what would taste good in puree form.…

Such a pleasure to meet you all! It is a wonderful decision but tougher for me mentally then I expected it to be. We all have demons we face or we wouldnt even consider it right?

My fitness pal is a big help but if you are really serious, I can send you a plan my partner used. She has lost 160 all on her own, no surgery. Ill warn you, its very strict and as you increase your activity, you will have to adjust it to include more food and/or calories. You can do this!
