i would say a creatine and whey protein, and the basic multivitamins every day ,protein after training to recovery well.

ice cream is ok anything like oats and banana and honey and milk all mixed for breakfast burgers a couple try to avoid fries

no so much running the one necessary to keep fat low so when you weigh lift you can do youir 40 minutes after training, i suggest after cause you need all the glycogen to push hard your muscles.

There are only exercise to strength ankles like calf, slow running and other exercises for legs.
