You should be at least at 1400 that is already a good calories restrictions and for example if you workout you should loose weight very fast...anyway after that just try to eat more veggie or introduce legumes.

you got already a high metabolism for that kind of formula. Personally i add some more minutes of cardio to reply the main question.

With no carbs you guys can't absorb protein and drop fat, it is reccomended no to exceed 100 gr per day divided in 2/3 times so a bit each meal you should avoid to crave and feel hungry.

I love breakfast a big caffelatte with jam and bread or scramble eggs with hash pottoes or fruit salad and coffee with cream.
