    Lunch:
Tetley - Earl Grey Tea, 2 cup
Home Made - Indian Cauliflower Curry, 1 cup
Generic - Green Bean and Tomato Salad, 1 cup
Droelma's Tostadas De Pata ( Calories Correct ) - Hard Shell Taco With Calf's/beef Tendon Salad, 1.95 tostadas
    Bimbo - Whole Wheat Tortilla - Small, 1 tortilla - 25 g

    Why ?
Because I was hungry and because that's what I had planned and pre-logged.

I had a couple of hard-boiled eggs after work, because I had a killer workout over my lunch break and my actual lunch wasn't enough to tide me over 'til dinner. (My actual lunch was taco-seasoned ground turkey and corn with salsa verde over mixed greens, baby carrots on the side.)

3:30 snack. Always the same. A sliced apple and cheese. Today it was an organic fuji apple and 2 oz of organic Muenster.
