protein powder shakes are awsome

Just discovered muscle milk protein powder I was feeling a little tired and out of energy being at 1200 cal a day so I added a shake in at 100 calories and feel a lot more energy . anyone know of any protein powder mixes with lower cal that way I could add mayby two in a day or something else that might wake me up a bit more and still be lower in cal thanks

They most likely wont be much lower cal, as protein itself has calories....
The new Quest protein has good calorie to protein ratio though

roughly 100-120 cals and 21-23g protein. You likely wont find anything else close to that ratio. (84% protein)0 -

Any WPI is about the lowest calorie protein you'll get as it's just protein with very little carbs or fat. If you want it lower calorie, use less0

I like Garden of Life Raw Protein. It's a Vegan Protein Powder, but it is really good!0

So you do realize that 1 gram of protein is 4 calories.
So 50 x 4 = 200 the last time I checked.
