y best friends does the same and at first she didn't lose anything hut she also has pcos. She then started eating fish more and the weight started to shed. Sometimes when you don't lose it could be because you are not eating enough.

I attend Planet Fitness. It is convenient and affordable. Love that its right next to my house. Wish they had more things like a sauna but it works. I am also a yo-yo dieter. It takes time and I am on the same page as you and need support. I think with enough motivation, time, dedication, and effort we will make it =). Don't give up on yourself.
