I came back in from a run the other day and my youngest child said "I can tell you've been running. Your calves look like they could cut a steak." I love little kids! Embrace your calves. They're marvelous, I'm sure.

Now that's a success story!

Confession: I didn't log yesterday because I went out to a bar with the girls after rehearsal last night and I can't remember how many appetizers I ate. Plus, I'm pretty sure the appetizers and beer took me way over my allocation for the day.

I inadvertently taught my son to cuss at the tender age of 18 months. I said ***k after dropping my car keys under the deck in the rain and he chanted it all the way to daycare. Then he sid it to the daycare teacher and I covered it up by "explaining" that he was talking about his daddy's truck. From then on, for the next…

Not likely to be on time. You can leave a note for the DHS guy instructing him to leave the package if you can't be there. I find that DHS is usually at least one day behind for me.

I'm 5' 1.25" and my SW was 161.5. I'm currently 147, looking to get to 117. That's the weight I was until I was 30 yo and I'd love to get back there, but I'd probably just be really happy to get to 125.

Ok, here's a weird one. I thought I had been genetically blessed and missed out on the big family nose. Nope! My face was just fat and it looked smaller in comparison. Now that I have a thinner face, my nose is just as big as the rest of my siblings' noses. Ha ha!

I did manage to get all the Christmas decorations put away before Valentine's, but only just barely. LOL

I asked for an apple with my Panera salad today instead of the bread. Man, is it hard to walk out of Panera with no bread!

I'm the same height as you and find that I can't eat my exercise calories back. If I'm really hungry, I might eat back half. MFP tends to overestimate calorie burn.

Confetiiii, your before is the same as mine and we're the same height. I hope that my after looks as amazing as yours.

It's not a Christmas tree. It's a Valentine's tree. Mine is still up too.

I eat McDonalds for breakfast every weekday.

I bought a new wardrobe just before I started losing weight, and I'm upset that all my cute new clothes are too big now.

Still here and down 11.5 pounds.

I tried on the dress I wore in my brother's wedding 10 years ago and it fits!

I went grocery shopping yesterday and my jeans kept falling down as I walked through the store. I'm sure it looked amusing to see me try to hike them up under my winter coat, but I couldn't help but smile.

Zucchini pizza bites with turkey sausage. :-) My kids loved them.

Perhaps she feels bad for falling off the wagon. If she can convince you to join her, she thinks she would feel better about herself. Do what you need to do and hopefully she'll learn to shrug her shoulders and deal with the changes you have made.
