  • New to the group! Here are my stats. Age: 29 Height: 5'4" HW: 145lbs CW: 135lbs GW: 125-130lbs (will assess once I get to 130) I work out usually 5-6 days a week alternating cardio and CrossFit. Currently sticking to 1400 calories a day and eat a low-carb/high protein diet.
