HI, THANKS SO MUCH FOR REPLYING! MY GOAL IS TO LOSE 30 LBS. I NEED TO , PLUS DOCTORS ORDERS. AND THAT WAS HIS ORDERS LIKE 2 YEARS AGO. AND 2 MONTHS AGO. I JUST DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START. SEEMS A BIT OVER WHELMING AT THE MOMENT. :/
