I'm confused by your question: you're looking to get a reward for logging in when you don't actually login? Am I missing something?

Which method online? What does MFP give you as a calorie goal if you enter "lose 1lb per week"? Maybe if you make your food diary public, some of the experienced MFP members here can also give you more tailored advice.
-
Yes, I do that. Light movements, walking, things that don't cause me to sweat during the work day. All movement helps!

1500 is the lowest it will give for a man, it's considered the absolute minimum to get essential nutrition. You probably got that because you selected the fastest weight loss rate. You should be eating a minimum of 1500. Can you make your food diary public? Maybe we can help you with some tips.

6 pounds in a month is not slow. Patience.
-
Exactly. Is there something else going on with you? Only leaving the bed to eat and pee for a whole year is really not healthy. The modern sedentary lifestyle many people have is not great but that's way beyond sedentary.
-
What are these frame size measurements you keep referring to? Is the an online tool you used to calculate it?
-
Ahhh got it, thanks!
-
Great that you are taking it in! It does get easier with time, honestly, you'll get there! I just wanted to reiterate one part of @callsitlikeiseeit 's post, as you mentioned the projection again: "6. the 5 week projection on mfp is NEVER EVER EVER correct. ignore it and it will be better for your mental health. lol" It's…

Hmm, my exercise options look a bit different. When I add an exercise and enter "walking", I have to choose a pace and enter minutes performed, then it gives me a calorie estimate so I don't put the calories myself. There's no option for me to enter the distance. If I take your example and select "walking, slow place"…

Have you tried any flavoured coffee black, or just freshly ground coffee? I have to say I've grown to like black coffee a lot, although I didn't initially. It doesn't answer your question but I also wanted to check, are you getting enough calories in a day with a 630kcal dinner and snacks of fruit, veg and eggs?
-
All of the above. Also note that 1200 calories is the minimum setting the app will give for a female, it DOES NOT mean 1200 will produce the weight loss rate you have selected. If 2lbs per week is too fast for your current height/weight, and I suspect it is, then you would need to consume less than 1200 to achieve it and…
-
Did you select the most aggressive weight loss rate (lose 2lbs per week) on MFP? The calories it gives you depends on your current height, weight and chosen rate of loss. You might have chosen a rate that is too high for your current stats. In addition, note that MFP's calorie goal is before intentional exercise. The…

No, you probably haven't lost 5 months of progress, just get back on track. Next time something like this happens and you're not in your normal space though, there is something between your normal routine and "completely abandoning your journey". You are still in control of how much you eat, you can still be active without…

The above is correct about fluctuations. Also, 1600 may he too low for you. On your previous thread, you said your goal was 1970 kcal to lose 0.5kg per week, why did you reduce it? Are you eating back your exercise calories on top?
-
Yes, you need to consume more calories.
-
Wow, this "challenge" sounds dumb.
-
No, you're not eating enough. You were given a goal of 1600 per day, and you are deliberately eating below that, 1100-1500. Then you are exercising on top and not eating back those exercise calories. What do you expect? Try setting up your goals again, put your stats in the guided set up on this site, enter "lose 1lb per…

See my reply in your duplicate thread in "Getting started".

What does plateau mean to you? How long since the scale moved? If it's less than a few weeks, it's not a plateau and you need to give it more time. First things first, it's not that eating more calories directly makes you lose weight. If you're thinking about "starvation mode" in the sense that eating 1200 calories makes…

Absolutely no change as in the scale is giving identical readings every time? Or it's moving up and down a bit? 19 days worth identical readings could indicate a scale problem. In addition to the question above about how you are measuring your intake, you may also need to give it more time. It's been less than 3 weeks and…

How did you get your 1800 calorie goal? How tall are you and what's your current and goal weight?
-
What rate of weight loss did you select? (E.g. "lose 1lb per week")
-
Do you know how many steps you get, on average, on days when you don't run?
-
Yes but you wrote "to lose 0.5 kcal per week". The question is do you mean lose half a kilogram (kg), or half a pound (lb) per week? As half a kilo is roughly 1 pound, so a faster rate.
-
Sedentary and then log the runs separately.
-
That sounds like a very tough situation, I'm sorry. How old are you? I hope you get more balance soon. Please also make sure you are eating enough to fuel all that activity, and give your body rest when you can. Maybe you can sit in a park and read a book for an hour for example, instead of constantly walking, to give…

Steak pie
-
51,414 steps? Wow! Were you walking all day?
-
Agree, I used couch 2 5k to start running as well, I think it's a really useful programme to gradually increase your running endurance.
