I've done Insanity and T25. I can't wait to get this but it will have to wait a little while. I'll keep watching for infomercials to see sneak peaks of the routines.

Beach Body's Rockin Body by Shaun T is a lot like Leslie Sanson's walking videos. It's fun and the outfits are funny. And even with that video there is a modifier so no matter where you are you can find someone to focus on and watch. Good luck on your journey. You can do this!

Ewe, don't say the four letter word ... diet. Just kidding. I believe the only way to get true, lasting results with Insanity or any other program is to make this your lifestyle. Don't think of it as 9 weeks I HAVE to get through. Same goes for the "diet". Find the healthy things you like to eat and are easy for you to…

I've done insanity and T25. I started with Shaun's Rockin Body video too. It's been fun and I feel so much better. I wish I knew this stuff in college. Using Rockin Body I lost 30 lbs from 250 to 220 back in 2012-2013. I got Insanity and went through that. I got down to 197, another 23 lbs. I've done T25 and especially…

I'm a smoothie guy myself. I make a blender full and have half for breakfast and half as a mid-morning snack. Then I make another if I get to work out during lunch and split that for an afternoon snack as well. 1 cup mixed frozen berries 1 medium banana 1 scoop protein powder 1 tbsp. flax seeds or chia seeds 1 tbsp.…

I haven't seen anything on here about heart rate training so I'll chime in with a few things I've learned. I'm 45 and using the heart rate zones my fat burning zone is at it's most efficient at around 117 bpm. I tried this last night actually and ran much, much slower than normal to keep it at 117. I put in some interval…

Has anyone watched a youtube video series by Barbra O'Neill on healthy nutrition? It has a lot of information about how our bodies react on a biological level to the foods we eat. She has a website and products and even a week long cleanse retreat but none of them are promoted directly on the video. Just good information.…

Okay, everyone, make a plan for the weekend and stick to it. Don't let your body tell you what to eat. Have a great weekend! Can't wait to hear about everyone's results on Monday.

I'm about six months new to clean eating. I lost weight from being 250 in 2010 but cholesterol and trys were still high. so I'm focusing on what is making my body make LDL. And I'm really trying to limit the acids in my diet to see if that will help. Someone told me and research proved it, that our bodies don't make "bad"…

Hi! I'm Les. I got into biking a few years ago when I busted my knee. Now I'm working up to run an Iron Man. The weather's not cooperating for riding but I've got my bike set up on a trainer until the spring. I ride a Trek 1200 with aero bars. It's not a Tri bike but it gets me from point A to point B (which is usually…

I joined this because of how easy it is to log everything. You can set up your whole day the night before or even the week before as a meal plan. I especially like the bar code scanning tool.
