You got this! I just started up again a couple weeks ago. Once you get past the first week , maybe two of counting calories, it really becomes easy. You can do this :smiley:

Back at it.. Could use some support and motivation. The more, the better :blush: This time around is harder then ever. I'm on gabapentin for nerve damage from a foot surgery, and number one side effect... WEIGHT GAIN!!! The weight has been packing on quicker then ever. Enough is enough!!!

I'm seeing this a year and 1/2 after you posted.. but your story is by far the most inspirational iv'e seen on here. I was always around 115 through life, and somewhere along the way I allowed myself to reach around 195. I started last April, and after 45 days had lost 17 lbs.
