Yooly might be time to experiment after gym Come back and instead of generate hungry day with normal breakfast go for bigger more solid brunch breakfast and food comma. Possibly combine breakfast lunch calories and move dinner a bit earlier to compensate for missed lunch once you wake up from the comma nap. Worth a tryπ

I tend to use canola spray though I did get some avocado oil for high temp use. Have barely touched either lately....

Photos good! Hope the vampire will be gentle and the results encouraging!

Food Data Central. Personally I would use SR Legacy, Foundation Foods, Experimental Foods and Survey Foods (FNDDS), probably in that order of "confidence". A lot depends on how much fat you remove and how "well done" you cook. That said... somewhere between the separable "lean and fat" and separable "lean only" willβ¦

Yes .. . they're cute little thingies!!! I used to get the Yoplait 0% 24 packs in various flavours before they changed their formula and became somewhat chalkey. Even had a whole process going on how to pierce the bottom to speed up the up-ending of the little cup into a bowl where 4 of a kind (or 6 or so of complimentaryβ¦

Every Calorie your body ends up absorbing is a "Calorie In". Every Calorie your body spends, regardless as to why--either sleeping, yelling, or exercising--is a "Calorie Out". YOU may care as to the type, quality, and reasons for the inflows and outflows. Some choices may make your life easier than others and your body mayβ¦

Ahh! Definitely NOT the size of "cups" I'm using which HAVE a plastic tub lid in ADDITION to the foil/or plastic  Glad to keep hearing that you're improving and handling a wider variety of stuff!

Well... the first "glass-lock" of the quinoa-cauli rice mix is gone! So ~450 Cal for the ~450g, ha! I hadn't even realized it was at about 1 Cal per 1g But I actually "sauced" it with an MTR Mixed Vegetable curry... which added another ~272 Cal. Managed to capture a glimpse of the as eaten product before it disappeared...

Woohoo! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! And he has a younger minx by his side!

How big is your cup Nic? Yooly sounds like she is talking from experience above!

"And how long do you AF after nuking PAV?" π€·ββοΈπ€― I had the AF going based on your suggestion for the sausages! Which led me to start the baby potatoes in there. And then I thought: all the sausage splashing... can probably afford some on the baby potatoes... so I transferred in that compartment. Took all out.β¦

A bit on the tougher side Laurie (cause they are the Safeway equiv to "no name" or "great value") but nice enough for the price, especially at $2.99 with $0.75 in points per 750g coming back! Today's experiment is a little bit different! Still trying to decide if I should add konjac rice (definitely a no goβ¦

Back in the day at the parental house I used to use parchment paper and a tiny bit of spray in the convection oven Or bunnies in tomato/spaghetti sauce sometimes with some meat (usually sausage) Basically 1 to 1.5kg of bunnies to 750g spaghetti sauce and ~3-400g sausage more or less Then can serve over cauli rice, or mix,β¦

The bunnies in the picture are literally "lower quality"/"no name" california mix (cauli, broco, carrot) that went from the freezer to the nuker for 7.5 minutes for the 750g bag. The ones in the picture got "extra treatment" because of the sausage fest, and when the sausage and potatoes were done I put then in the airβ¦

*technically I am mis-speaking above: the absolute value of the adjustment decreases during the day as you approach midnight -- this may mean more or less calories available depending on when you last synchronized, whether you have negative calories enabled, and what your chosen activity setting is on MFP. This is becauseβ¦

Well, I do have 26.67% of the sausage, 45% of my veggies, and a measly 21% of my potatoes from yesterday... so... LUNCH! In deference to one who I still hope logs in and lurks on occasion, I've even plated everything in "no touching" mode! .... everything that is, except some potato and veggie "shrinkage" thatβ¦

Nic! Sounds.... spicy!π€ Laurie: I've heard you talk about vegetarian sausages!

Have you told Garmin that you have a deficit goal? Also. MFP and Garmin calculate your day in different ways. The adjustment is approximate during most of the day usually biased to having more calories available (larger adjustment on MFP) and then "losing" a few when inactive in the evening. Only the final adjustment atβ¦

A patient Bella is awesome to see!ππ

That's what ms tea said! Mine had thawed because I put it in the crisper a couple of days back. Took a goodly amount of time (full time it said for oven use but I also added in the potatoes on top at the 15 minute mark instead of having them in the other compartment)

Poor air fryer is crying because of overwork. Started with 650g potatoes and 380g some sort of previously frozen South African type sausage. Plus finished the 745g California mix in the air fryer after taking out the sausage and potatoes.... Split throughout the day

Next day scale: three +3+ lbs!π€― (wuz a TAD of an excessive portion) The second plate is "stuffing" I temporarily removed from the main bowl to better evaluate the totality of the contents before consuming. Bowl picture is just after the removal of the stuffing and before locusts descending Sadly no doggy bags materialized.β¦

I hope you consumed 3k calories to fuel all this which I know you didn't.... so: self diagnosis confirmed. You're supposed to take care of our Bella!π€―π

That sounds as if it has the potential to be horribly entertaining! π€£π But I'm horribly afraid of horrible things! π€―

The projection is perhaps useful in highlighting what might happen if the next 35 consecutive days resulted in the exact same caloric balance as today. Assuming the one day balance today was actually correctly evaluated, it sort of makes you go "woohoo" today was on point and on goal--that's awesome. Or "kitten it" I hadβ¦

So put the sausage in the Air Fryer as if, frozen... and fry away... hmm... that's actually not a bad idea!!!
