Seriously. That may have been one of the best moments of my Disney childhood. I always envied that leaning tower of Cheese-a too. One of my favorites is Moo Shu from Mulan.

Keep logging in, even if you aren't recording your food that day. Seeing others completed diaries or calories burned or pounds lost will help to keep you motivated.

I added you. I have about 30 more pounds to lose, I'm down 22 right now. I log religiously and I love checking out others journals to get ideas for my own meal plans. Good luck!

Definitely agree with Brittani about doing this steadily. Initially I had my goal set at 1210 and I was miserable. Now I have it at 1650 without exercise and I'm much happier. And I've managed to stay on track and accountable as well as maintaining my weight loss. My weakness is when I'm driving home after work. I pass a…

I didn't think I could be happy not eating whatever I want, whenever I wanted to. I would either starve myself or binge eat. I thought eating 1200 calories or less a day was necessary and that if I ate more than that then I might as well eat whatever I wanted because that day was already a waste anyways. Man, I was dumb.

I've used MFP before and quit. This time I've stuck to it and even though I've had some hiccups, I'm still down 22 lbs and hope to lose about 30 more. :) I added you.

Buying a scale and weighing in once a week. That was a turning point for me. Before I was scared to see the number and now I've accepted my weight and that I'm the one responsible for it. Also, getting up and going to the gym first thing was a big deal for me too. Now I love going and look forward to it even.

I eat it with ground flax and some pumpkin and I love it.

I drink hot tea. It helps a lot. It takes awhile to drink and with a little sweetener and a splash of milk it has minimal calories while being sweet and yummy. Coffee is a good one too when starting out. Eating things like carrots and stuff that's raw that takes a while to eat and the you get a lot of for minimal calories…

20 lbs, but my boyfriend could tell pretty quickly. Mostly in my legs and stomach but also noticeable in my face.

I also need big portions. I eat massive amounts of salad and vegetables with dinner. I usually eat like a quarter of a head of cabbage, which essentially fills my entire plate.

I seriously laughed out loud at the Pringles example. Sounds like me except Cheez it's are my weakness.

Sounds miserable. I would binge eat on day four with a diet like that. Especially with working out, I feel like you wouldn't have the energy or stamina with the lack of protein from just drinking juice. Not to mention how few calories. That can't be good. If you had headaches, I would listen to your body. It's probably…

Agreed with the frozen veggies. Eggs and banana are cheap also. I eat eggs as a source of protein all the time. Fast and easy. I saute some frozen veggies, preferably a stir fry blend, and then scramble some eggs in. Delish. One of my favorite cheap fresh veggies is cabbage. Sauteed as a side with some garlic, salt and…

I always do cardio with the Elliptical and always lift. This month I'm doing hot yoga classes 3-4 times a week also. I've been doing different classes every month though. Different gyms will offer discounted classes the first month so I try something new every month. It saves me some money and I get to try new things.…

With the French toast, I'll use Sara Lee 45 cal wheat bread. Then I can have 2 pieces. I saute some apples with a bit of syrup and cinnamon to top it and it's delicious. I also will scramble eggs with veggies. One of the ways I've found to save time is to buy a frozen stir fry mix. Then I get variety of veggies but I save…

Start weight: 201 Current weight: 191 Easter goal: 171 Eventually I'd like to be between 140-150 depending on how I feel about my appearance when I get closer to that goal. :) Wish there was a spreadsheet for this.

Hummus. Love hummus. Also, Calbee's Lentil or Snap pea Crisps in onion & thyme or tomato basil. Delicious.

This is pretty cool. I like the idea of having someone to be accountable to other myself! And to see others' progress as well. Hey everyone!

Maybe, instead of eating two meals a day, you should focus on 3 with two snacks. I find that if I eat 3 smaller meals, mostly comprised of a protein and vegetables, and 2 snacks, like an apple and cheese or carrots, then throughout the day I'm not hungry and I also eat less when I do sit down to a meal. At first it was…
