I tried it just like I have tried a lot of things. One thing that I found very interesting was that it had me eating WAY over the calories that I prefer. I was eating about 1900 calories on that program and as a sedentary person I should be eating 1280-1400 roughly. I would say that the exercise would have done the trick…
