Great. I was only wondering if it was really risky for me to consume more sugar/fat than recommended by MFP and I thought that nuts were providing way more protein than MFP is displaying. Actually, this diet doesn't fit to everyone and I respect that.

Hi, I'm actually vegan and MFP is telling me that I'm consuming way too much sugar (all natural sugars, dates, maple syrup, fruits) and too much fat (natural fats, avocadoes, nuts, seeds)...
