Personally, I think low carb (or low anything for that matter) is horrible for your body. You can cause serious damage to your metabolism by doing low carb diets. 25g of carbs a day sounds CRAZY to me, but your body. I eat 148g a day and in my opinion the more I can get away with eating the better.

I don't personally like the wraps (never did anything for me.) However, I like a lot of the supplements. I am personally a weight fan. Bodybuilding.com has lots of free programs and shows you all the moves. Shortcut to Shred might be a good choice because it involves cardio between sets.

Personally never really cared up until I started lifting. Now I find bigger, bulky, muscular guys more attractive..Probably because I have respect for them achieving that look and know how much effort went into getting there now that I've gotten into lifting myself.

bodybuilding.com has tons of free workout plans and shows you how to do each exercise. I personally started with 30 day shred, ripped in 30, and then used the book New Rules of lifting for Women. It took a lot of baby steps for me I remember curling 5lbs in the 30 day shred and wanting to die ha. Good luck!!
