A lot of people really like doing couch to 5K. I've personally never done it, but I hear great things.

I'm the opposite. I feel more awkward running with other people. I'd just go for it and give it a try alone. You might actually really enjoy it.

I plan out everything I'm going to eat the night before. I find that I stay on track better if I have a set plan of what I am going to eat. It makes it easier to say "no thanks" when people go out to lunch at work or bring treats into our meetings. Sometimes when my day gets hectic I will switch things around, but for the…

I'm anti cheat meals because I feel they played a big role in my B.E.D that I've battled for two years. I think occasional indulgences are nessary, but I don't feel like you need to plan them out to have. Live life and if you go over occasionally no big deal.

I am finishing up the book Brain Over Binge. I highly suggest it. I have been struggling with a B.E.D for 2 years and so many things finally clicked for me after reading this book.

I'm just finishing up the book, Brain Over Binge. It is super helpful in understanding the cause and stopping it. Binge eating is a serious thing despite what a lot of people think. I've been battling it for over two years and I am suffering from internal problems in my stomach because of it. If you really feel that you…

Had this same situation yesterday. I usually don't try things on, but I needed new shorts and was trying a new brand so I went ahead and tried them on.... Left feeling 100# heavier. Dressing rooms suck.

Aiming for the 25-29% range simply because I've never been able to get below 30%.

Feeling the exact same way. Maybe it is because I'm being too impatient for results, but I seriously have been at this over a year and my body doesn't seem to want to budge from 128-130. Obviously not giving up, but still super frustrating because I feel like I should be where I want to be by now.

4 11' and wanting to be 115. I am at 128 right now and following macros (flexible dieting/IIFYM.)

I am 4 11 and right now I am 130. Number wise I'd like to be about 115 because that is where I feel I look best, but I am not really concerned about a number. I am more aiming to get a 26 inch waist again. I am not concerned about the scale number because a couple years ago I was 130 with a 31 inch waist, dropped down to…

Dealing with the same situation. Adding you now.

I do, but luckily my pain isn't too bad currently. I only have occasional pain while hiking uphill

Wow.

❤️❤️ I follow a IIFYM lifestyle, lift, do yoga, and am also focusing on being more consistent. Consistency is the key to getting where you want to be. Good luck with being more consistent! Great goal!

Face palm :| I shouldn't reply to things when I am in a hurry for work because chances I are I don't read things out correctly, lesson learned ;)

Also have a binge eating problem so I totally understand where you are coming from. Tomorrow is a new day where you can put the binge behind you and start pressing forward again(:
-
I do it on my rest days (three days a week) and love it.

I have 15 to lose...So more than your requirement, but I lift ;)

I use a heart rate monitor and then add in the workouts to MFP. Most accurate way to do it.
