  • Hi everyone! I have dabbled in BBG before but never completed the full 12-week program. After my first half marathon on March 5th, I'm planning on starting BBG 1.0 and continuing it all the way through! I also want to try to more closely follow the H.E.L.P. guide. The workouts are awesome though!

  • Hey guys! I'm just started week 4 of BBG on Monday. I kind of follow the H.E.L.P. nutrition guide too but I think the fitness eBook is more effective overall. I'm already feeling fitter and more energized but sometimes I lack motivation after work... would love an accountabilibuddy!
  • Hey everyone! I'm Kendyl and I am 5/7" and I weigh about 140. I was around 133 earlier this year and felt much more energized. Ideal weight is 125 now that I'm not swimming as much and will likely lose some muscle weight from my shoulders.
