This made me laugh so hard! I totally understand. I love them, but holy poo! They make me crazy!! To OP, if you want kids young, have at it! I had my first at 21 and the first thing I said when she was born was, "I want another one." 6 months later, was pregnant again. I am GLAD I had kids young! I'm 27 and done! Anyway, I…

Being hypo alone, gluten free won't benefit you. GF benefits those with Hashimoto's.

I've never heard of coffee being bad for weight loss. I stay away from it because of health reasons, though once in a while, I have some :)

I just went on an "add friend" spree from this thread! I have Hashimoto's. I have for about 7-8 years. Just starting to get on track now with my meds, underlying issues, and started gluten free. Feel free to add me, anyone!

I try to reach my goals daily, just to keep it easier for my brain, but I like how the app lets you look at the weekly. In the past, I've only used the website, but now I use the app too and it's awesome. Obviously if you go over your goal Tuesday by 300, you won't gain weight if you're under Monday and Wednesday, so I…

I agree there. I got reported for "swearing." Last I knew, swears were bleeped out? I don't remember MFP being that way before. Lots has changed in my time off :P

I agree. People don't change habits for the long haul. So many look for quick fixes, drop the weight quickly, and go back to old habits.

Usually eggs, or yogurt and fruit

I agree with you for the most part. I self pity sometimes. I don't blame anything else for when I overeat. That's on me. But this is struggle because of my health issues. I have it harder than those that don't have health problems. I'm young. I should be able to lose weight like a "normal" person. It's discouraging. It's…

I'm 27 with 80-100 to lose.

Day two for me also! I'm working on making this a lifestyle change for good this time. I have used the site before, but because of my health issues, I gave up. I sent a FR! Anyone, feel free to add me :)

To stick to my gluten free lifestyle 100%. I'm even doing all the Christmas baking completely gluten free, and if others don't like it, they can suck it up and not eat my cookies :P

I don't find it, I make it.

I'd love some more friends :)

I'm in! Is there a group, or just the thread?

I try and eat my allowed calories... but in my case, it's not as simple as calories in vs calories out. I won't eat if I'm not hungry and if I am hungry, truly hungry, and I went over my 1300 calories, I will eat something low-calorie and healthy.

Today is day 1 for me, but I'm planning on logging everything and logging in every day :)

Fake tree for me. Allergies :(

:) yay!

I don't think vitamin D has anything to do with weight loss. I'm also vitamin D deficient.

I'm going to log, but I'm sure chocolate pie will set me I've calorie goal... I am breaking my gluten free streak for some stuffing.

I don't over stuff myself even on holidays, but my body will be paying the price the day after thanksgiving.. I am going to murder some stuffing. (Usually gluten free for health reasons).
