I want to feel comfortable with myself for once. I also want to prove to myself and others that autoimmune diseases aren't a "be fat and miserable forever," sentence. I have Hashimoto's (hypothyroidism) & celiac disease and am a mom of 4.

Nope. And I have celiac disease. I've noticed no difference as far as the Hashimoto's goes.

My doctor isn't concerned with how things are now. I even told her, look, I log EVERYthing I eat... you can look at my phone to see everything! With my 3 kids... I gained 60, 18, 24. I'm hoping to gain 10-15 total.

I'm a nerd and I'm chubby... also because I have a sense of humor.

I don't believe it's better to just eat the whites. Plus, I feel it's a huge waste. I have no issues with cholesterol or really any health issues besides my thyroid being busted and Celiac disease.

You can avoid PMS by getting pregnant! No period for almost a whole year lolol

Our first took a while... maybe 2 years. 2nd came around first time doing the nasty after my first was born. Third took about 2 years as well. I'm pregnant now with our 4th and our son is 18 months old.

I really miss seeing the scale go down each week :( I just found out I'm pregnant and I upped my calories. I've maintained so far, but I miss seeing a lesser number.

Udi's gluten free ... hooray for Celiac B)

I was unsure about this. I was losing on 1200 a day (so low because of my health issues). I recently upped to 1500. I feel like any more will be too much and I'll be eating just for the sake of calories. I don't want to gain too much because it will take me so long to lose with my thyroid issues. I'm trying to be really…

My due date is October 26th. I just found out the other day :)

I'm sorry. I can't get over the fact that you said "poople."

I couldn't even get through the first book... I've heard the acting in the movie was absolutely terrible!

I personally feel a fitbit is a useless tool unless you get most of your exercise by walking or running. I was thinking of getting one for a while but they really are expensive. I don't really walk or run, I do other forms of exercise, so I decided to just get a new HRM instead.

I was thinking the same thing. She looks great, but yes to sunscreen! And good for her for releasing a true imagine of herself. Not easy for anyone to do in society today, especially for someone who is her age. She looks awesome for any age, IMO.

I paid $20 for my blender and it works just fine.. going on 2 years. Recipes for green smoothies, I have none... I can't stomach them.

House of Cards coming out early and my bed... best date.

McDonald's is gross and gives me diarrhea. It's a good motivator.

Water... and take a good #2 Voila

I say bad because I find them repulsive. High in sodium too. But if you like them and they fit in your calories, go for it. I prefer fresh foods, personally. I know exactly what's going in my body when I weigh, measure, and make my food myself.

My birthday isn't until April, but I don't plan to turn off MFP. Go over my calories and break my gluten free diet, possibly, but I will log and move on.

I agree with Virgoddess. You can eat at a bigger deficit to make up for it for a few days, work out harder to burn more, or just say to hell with it and eat what you want to lol. Once in a while it won't hurt.

Every single day. I do jumping jacks. I have about 80-90 lbs left to lose. I don't even let my kids watch me do it. I feel disgusting. But at least I can say I work out and can do jumping jacks.

I've been doing 1200 (suggested by my doctor for health reasons) for just over a month now. Anyone can add me :) I don't agree 1200 is too low. It depends on the person, their health, etc. I burn off 700-900 calories most days and eat at least half back. There's no way I'm eating too little for me.

I dunno... I have that and Hashimoto's.. I exercise an hour every day. It's actually helped me feel better and usually have more energy. Force yourself to do it.
