Gluten-free (not just for bread). I like Dempsters' GF one, Udi's, Kinnikinnick. Any of them are fine. Silverhills GF omega bread and Compliments (canadian generic brand) GF bread are pretty good too.0

Homemade sourdough.0

I like white farmhouse 800g thick sliced loaf ...makes the best toast
I like seeded breads and French Bread and rye bread and bagels too
But for toast ..it's gotta big thick and white ..0 -
Pepperidge Farm Farmhouse Hearty White. I think it's 110 cal/slice.0

Homemade - pretty much any kind hot with butter
Store bought - whole grain. I don't like commercial white bread much because they make it really sweet and it doesn't have much to it, like melt in your mouth kind of texture that doesn't belong in bread ....blah0 -

Homemade! Higher in calories but I love it.

Hand's down. It's the best thin bread my wife and I have found (better than Weight Watchers, Dempsters and other thin breads. Look at my diary and you will see I eat it everyday, toasted and non-toasted!

I like the Orowheat Healthful breads, they have extra protein and I like the taste.0

Udi's gluten free ... hooray for Celiac0

I like fresh bread. But, since I'm mostly using it as a vessel for other things (eggs, cheese, etc) and I can't fit fresh bread into my deficit the way I would like-I eat the arnolds lite bread. I don't hate it. But I'm not going to be savoring it plain or anything.0

Rye bread with earth balance0

Depends what's available in your country! I like Burgen bread - it's about 110 calories a slice, but has added seeds for extra protein and other goodness.0

Whatever whole wheat I can get my hands on (my family switched to wheat when I was 15 so I've always preferred it). If not whole, Nature's Own Honey Wheat.0

I like rye bread. Specifically borodinsky. It's high in calories, but a slice will leave you full for ages. Since it isn't always available for me I usually eat a flatbread made from soy and bran because it's very low calorie - 130 calories for a round 36 cm (14 inches) in diameter. I cut it into 1/4s, 32 calories each, each the size of two palms so it can accommodate a lot of filling.0

Alpine spelt bread is 55 calories a slice and tastes good enough to eat plain.0

Fiber one honey wraps- 80cals each wrap0

I like the Orowheat sandwich pockets, 100 calories for half a flat bread. If not that then Orowheat buttermilk white or their whole wheat0

Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat.0

The best bread is the bread you enjoy eating most, that also fits in your macros. Then you're set.
I like French bread, bagels (Gryfe's bagels, oh God), rye bread, and multigrain/seed/nut breads, specifically Stonemill Bakery breads, a local bakery, for the latter.0
