I can relate...my mother in law referred to a pre injury photo of mine to my kids and said 'there's skinny daddy'...of which I've never been skinny, just my gut hasn't been this big...old witch...things just haven't been the same, there's much more to the story with her miserablness, but that was the straw that broke this…

Hey guys....name is Dennis and just turned 50...need to recapture the days gone by where I was in much better shape...that and I promised my 13 I do a Spartan race with her when she turns 14 (yipe! lol). Peace and good cheer to all my fellow middle agers!
