Protein powders might be useful for you here. I've been told that I can drink protein powder 2x a day to help me reach my protein goals. I am the same way, I love bread, and it was my go-to for everything. Just stop eating it. Now, I eat enough protein, good carbs (oatmeal, rice, quinoa), and veggies, and after about two weeks of no bread, I stopped craving it, most of the time. Good luck!

Try to fit some exercise in every day, even if it is just squats and push ups.

Thanks for all the suggestions, I will try them out. I can't throw the chicken away, I spend too much money on buying good chicken that I can't just waste it.
