Upto 167.3 for the bike and squeezed in a quick run today bring it to 22.4. Funural on friday and should beable to get some kind of normality back afterwards. Good to hear that your both feeling better. The wind here is crazy no fun on the bike. Not really ventured out much on the bike so 138. Did manage to run back from the parents though 18.1. No break in the weather this week so struggleing to get some distance :(

Had a bit of a downer put on my week with family issues, but still ticking along 4.4, 23.2 and 15.5 totaling 43.1 so far. its nearly 8% of the year spent pedaling and some how during that i gained 40lbs but got rid of 20 this month. Hopefully be ready for start of season in feb. My ride yesterday "burnt" 5800 cals based on gps, hr and power meter. From the research ive found the cals used based on time/distance is 40-50% acurate With a HR monitor -20-30% and power meter is 5% So i have to try and replace a reasonable amount
