  • Gruling day on the bike yesterday, 80 miles off road other than a mountain pass. Got my tan started off too Totals 120 for the bike ,3 for running and 83000 step
  • 900 last april but away for 2 events. 600 Mile target for the bike, 100 for runs should keep me busy.

  • Some of it will just be a case of toughing it out while joints, muscles and ligiments adapt but some of it is down to kit choice.   • Brick session is for triathalons. Bike your distance then straight into a run with no recovery. Think my heart rate averaged 180 but peaked at 205 when I started the run. Swimming coaching tonight and sunday. Still need to work on breathing both sides and bending my arms when they come over.
