February 2015 walk/bike/jog 100+ mile challenge

Lets do this. You may walk/bike/jog and strive for at least 100 miles. You may do one exercise OR a combination of several. The GOAL is too move!!!!!!!!!!!

    Count me in! I made in for the Jan. challenge and it made me very proud of me. Have less days in Feb so we'll have to work a little harder :)

    My main goal is WALKING. However that does not always work out in the really cold winter months or rain. Today we had rain and it is extremely foggy...Exercise Bike it was. Took me 50 minutes....

    OK we had SNOW and temps not above freezing here so no walking again today....

    Today I got in 7.2 Exercise bike miles...

    TOTAL thus far.............17.2 Exercise Bike miles....

    Visit the Leslie Sansone walking group. Tapes to walk indoors with. Helped me meet my 100 m goal last month. You can check them out on YouTube. I've even started a walking group at work and the ones that didn't want to exercise are coming around as anyone can make these work for them

    Thank you 'drbcru' I can actually walk inside. I have had (and still some) a neck and shoulder injury. I could have walked on TM at a very slow rate but decided on exercise bike instead. I LOVE walking outside. THAT is my main goal..I wish my TV room was huge. It is only big enough for 2 lounge chairs and TV with a few cases of DVD shelves. That keeps me from watching any DVD too do exercise with. When I was younger I use too exercise with a Jane Fonda and Richard Simmons. Having a back problem keeps me from doing most of those now. I have certain back exercises I am suppose too do but have not been able too do them since the neck injury....

    TODAY I got 2 walks in. One doing laps in the super walmart at a slower rate and an hour at a fairly fast walk with my girls. PRAISE GOD I'm going so much better...

    TOTAL thus far WALKING miles........4.25 miles....

    tammi we log our progress as often as we can even if it is just once a week. WE DO THIS for ONE MONTH. In March we start all over........WELCOME too our club.....
