  • Agree that we need a LOL button!! Thanks for the info on the premium. Sounds like I'm ok unless I get really detailed. Right now my goal is just to keep within calorie goals for the next few weeks to get that habit down. After that, I might worry about macros per meal - that might break my brain though  I…
  • A Pity Party is good once in a while. But I've always found mine tend to end quicker if I log all my pity party food! Welcome back!
  • I'm a Mind Pump fan - They have a lot of discussion at the beginning but I like their question and answer section - very helpful information - especially if you incorporate any lifting into your routines.

  • Love the plants in your space and your sparkling rower! Hopefully it helps with inspiration. Hang in there!! I keep hoping the COVID will resolve in what seems like a more doable timeline! 100 burpers is intense!! Yikes! I assume those are spread out over the day? I would collapse! A more reasonable amount is perfect.

  • @human_bean I love that too! Sometimes that part has interesting info - but I like their questions at the…
  • @human_bean Adding my support to the other comments here! Plateaus are ... awful to say the least. But, you do want to hang in there. I listen to a podcast called Mind Pump - a group of trainers turned podcasters. They frequently will talk about (and I think Noom touches on this) the plateaus and how they can be addressed.…

  • @mytime6630 Just wanted to send you hugs. This sounds sooo rough. Remember it's ok to worry - just don't spiral. We have to feel our feelings or they come out as even more stress on our bodies. Maybe a constructive way to channel the worry! Simple goals are good!! Hang in there! I'll be thinking of you guys! So hard!
  • @human_bean Welcome back! I totally get the wonderful ease of having things planned!!
