  • Checking in a little late - better than normal. I am happy I stuck to my movement goals last week! Gonna try to duplicate that this week. Also, gonna try to get Christmas under control - that will help drop my stress level! Goals: Lift 5 days 2 Runs 2 Boxing Hit calorie goals for the remainder of week.
