My low carb butt loves these. My husband recently bought me an edible arrangement full of these and the ghirardelli caramel squares. It lasted two days lol

I get away with leggings, yoga pants and jeggings.

Thigh, leg quarers or whole bird. All skin on unless a recipe calls for it and even then if I can get away with skin on and bone in I'll do it for the extra flavor. Plus I exorcise mom privilege and claim all unwanted crispy chicken skin.

I found monk fruit to be quite nice in tea.
-
Cup of coffee and some scrambled eggs, peppers and mini sausage patties.

Money wise: BPAL and Bam Box. Perfume and silly collectibles are two things I refuse to give up. Calories: good chocolate, Halo Top (there are days that entire pint is warranted), wine

Love me some hard boiled eggs! And since I live in Amish/Mennonite country it isn't lunch if there aren't pickled eggs involved lol.

Cheese!

Same here.

I'm a heathen and prefer the sweetened vanilla. I tried to like unsweetened, plain or vanilla, but I couldn't do it. Just didn't taste good to me.

Soup usually. If I don't have any canned on hand I'll throw a chicken thigh or two in the crock pot along with some veggies. Strip chicken meat from bones and boom a simple soup.

Sweet Italian turkey sausage, steamed mixed veg and penne with probably a red sauce.

Refrigerator pickles! They're super easy to do and a great way to use up cucumbers where you have too many to eat all at once but not enough to do traditional canning. This year's garden is starting to wind down and I has a sad. This year we did bush beans, cucumbers, several varieties of tomatoes (roma for sauce & ketchup…

Mostly with 2tsp of sugar and 2TBS of ID peppermint mocha creamer (sometimes a splash of peppermint syrup if I'm feeling it). If I'm feeling indulgent that day, then just the 2TBS of creamer, whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice on top.

I drink 1-2 cups a day. 2tsp of sugar and 2TBS of creamer (this week it's sweet cream flavor) and it comes out to about 105 cals per cup. Totally worth it.

Egg sandwich (English muffin, egg, cheese), a banana and a cup of coffee with some leftover homemade whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

I really like making breakfast wraps. My current favorites are 2 eggs, black beans, spinach, shredded cheese and salsa. The other is 2 eggs, spinach, feta cheese and hot sauce.
-
Slice of 15 grain bread with 2 tbs of peanut butter, banana slices and cinnamon sprinkled on top. And a cup of coffee. Always coffee.

A hard boiled egg, Brown Cow maple yogurt and a cup of coffee.

I just measure out 1/4 cup of dry to 1 cup of water. Let the water boil, put in quinoa and then turn down to a simmer till all water is absorbed. Basically the same if I was making rice.
-
Quinoa with black beans and a spring mix salad topped with strawberries and strawberry vinaigrette.

This morning it was a cup of coffee, banana and half a cup of 4% cottage cheese. It's usually about all I have time for in the morning rush to get everyone ready for school.

Full fat on all dairy. I'd rather have full fat and feel satiated and eat a little less of it than go fat free, which often times has more sugar.

This truth here. Olive oil + coarse sea salt + cajun seasoning is like the best thing ever.
-
Could never do without. 2tsp of sugar and 2TBS of creamer (International Delight sweet cream) usually is what I do. It keeps it to around 100cal and I work it in.

1 c of Vigo New Orleans rice & beans and a cup of tea. Not too horrible, but a little too much sodium.

The great thing about summer is Amish meadow tea. It really is nothing more than fresh mint boiled in water, strained into a fridge container and your sweetner of choice added. I make it several gallons at a time and it pretty much is mostly all we drink all summer long. It's incredibly refreshing.
