I have had this experience also and it can be fixed by increasing your fluids. I aim for about 80oz now. But half your body weight in ounces is a good goal. It's caused by toxins building up in the body. Water you drink goes from you blood stream to the interstitial spaces were it sort of washes away waste, gets picked up…
