Weight was down 3 lbs the day after, but I didn't notice anything different until 2 months in.

I have lost exactly that much in 4 months. All I did was calculate my TDEE and eat reduced calories accordingly. I weigh myself everyday so I have info to make adjustments on the way(which I have done- started eating 1550- upped to 1700-upped to 1800) I'm now losing 1.5 lbs per week as of March. I'm 5'11" male.

Going by some guidelines I gathered while researching my own macro calculations, if I were you, at this weight, my starting caloric goal and macros would be: 156x10= 1560 cal P= 0.8x156= 125 gr F= 0.4x156= 62 gr C= 1560- 1058= 502/4= 125 gr I would go by these numbers for a month or two and then evaluate my progress. Hi Group, I'm Ayhan from Ankara,TURKEY. I work in my own little pizza delivery shop, its 14 hours work for 6 days. Sundays I spend with my daughter so no work just fun that day. I started my weight loss journey on the 17th of November and have lost 25kg(55 lbs) so far. What are my goals?: Well I aim to hit 215 lbs in the…

I've lost 30 lbs in 1,5 months by sticking to my calorie goal to lose 2 lb/week. Did no exercise during that time. (SW: 281 lbs)

I weigh myself everyday, seeing the difference day to day is just fun.

Hi and good luck on your weight loss journey. I wouldn't worry too much about sugar amount or cholesterol for that matter. You'll be better off focusing on your calories consumed and try to get close to your macro goals(protein-fat-carbs) for the day.
