Thanks so much for the replies, I will definitely check out turbo trainer and the sites mentioned. I would love to snowshoe or xc ski but we usually get drifts of snow and ice instead of nice coverage. It would be great to have a wilderness in your back yard!

Got in two miles this morning, along with walking bleachers at the local football stadium. I missed doing any excercise for a couple of days, sure feels good to get out there again!

I'm 5'3" and currently 152. Goal weight 135. I feel better any time I'm under 150, but 135 is ideal for me, and it gets me comfortably into a normal BMI.
