  • I total agree! YouTube has lots of fitness videos. I've been doing Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred Level 1 and really like it. I'm totally wiped after the 20 minutes workout.

  • I totally agree! I sometimes get Teriyaki Chicken from a place close to my work. I just log it as Panda Express: Teriyaki Chicken. I can assume it's close enough.

  • I'm having the same issue with the Fitbit calorie adjustment for the last two days. Today I have 7000 steps so far (will have 12000+) but am only getting a 66 calorie adjustment. I usually have at least a 200 calorie adjustment by this time of day after my brisk 2.5 mile walk at lunch. I'm set to sedentary as well. I…
  • My Fitbit is having a syncing error at the moment. Maybe your's is having the same issue.
  • You are eating far too little and your body is likely going into starvation mode. You are only netting 700 calories by eating 1200 calories and burning 500. That isn't enough food for your body to function. Eat back the calories you burn with exercise.
