Your oatmeal calculation seems off to me. Only 75 calories for 1/2 cup rolled oats seems really low. Is that cooked or uncooked? I eat oatmeal most mornings and 45 g of uncooked old fashioned rolled oats is at least 170 calories.

Save your breath - the OP has been stubborn in other threads.

I guess 350 calories could be considered high calorie if you are limiting yourself to only 1200 calories per day. Most people don't need to eat only 1200 to lose weight though.

Hello! I don't know what you put in your chili but have you tried excluding the beans? I love beans but can't eat them due to bloating and stomach discomfort. Not including beans cuts the calories considerable. I've never eaten chili on top of rice or little potatoes...maybe a baked potato. I use this recipe:…

The only time I can remember seeing nutritional information listed on the package for cooked meat is Kroger Ground Sausage. The Hot Italian variety specifies 2 oz cooked, 170 calories.

For comparison: I'm 145 lbs 5' 4.5" and yesterday my Fitbit Alta steps came to 16,662 and I burned 2406 calories.
-
I'm 5'4" and I'm currently 147 lbs (down from 173); I'm considered over weight based on BMI. I plan on getting down to 125 - 130 lbs. I think that 150 is a good starting point for you and you can reevaluate from there.

Perhaps something you ate didn't agree with you?

I'm 5' 4.5" and my weight went from 173 lbs to 147 lbs, by bra size has gone from a 36 D to a 34 DD. I'm not totally surprised though, even at my smallest my chest has always been on the larger side

I totally agree with this. Planned Parenthood has programs that give free reproductive health care to lower income women.

28 grams is approximately one ounce.

Open. It makes me log accurately if I think someone might be looking at my diary...

This is excellent advice.

Same thing with my English muffin. It weighs less after I toast it; I'm assuming from moisture lost. I still use the precooked weight.

Chicken Vegetable soup? My homemade soup has about 170 calories for a 400 g serving. How about canned soup if you don't have time to cook?

I find many of the entries you used in your dairy to be suspect. You are using a lot of "Generic" and "Homemade" entries. There is no way to know what ingredients were used in the entry . For example: Homemade - Black Forest Ham Sandwich, 1 sandwich - 180 calories What type of bread was used? How much ham? Did they use any…

No! He's wrong. I eat oatmeal several times per week and I consistently lose weight. That porridge entry looks correct compared to the oatmeal entry I use. I had oatmeal this morning and it was delicious and filling. My diary is open if you want to take a look.

I purchased The MyWeigh Bakers Math Kitchen Scale for $35 on Amazon : http://amzn.to/1pDhdjf I love it even though it's huge and takes up a ton of counter space.

This totally sounds like it could be a manic episode.

Your description reminds me of how my boyfriend behaves when taking Adderall. Have you started any medication? Edit: Or when he is in a manic state (he's also bipolar).

Try tracking your cheat meals! I ate at Applebee's last night with my parents and had their American Standard Burger. The burger (not including the fries) had 1038 calories; I only had 1/2 of the burger but I would never have known if I didn't log it.

I found this guide very helpful when selecting my kettlebell. https://www.kettlebellsusa.com/what-size-kettlebell-should-i-buy-guidelines-for-men-and-women-to-choose-a-starter-kettlebell-weight

My diary is open as well.

Did you just sync the Fitbit with your MFP acct? If you did there could be an error with the adjustment.

My start weight last year was 173 lbs at 5' 4 on 1/24/15 and I was down to 152 by 4/25/15, so a total of 21 lbs in 4 months. My weight got back up to 165.4 lbs on 3/4/16 and today I weighed in at 158.6 lbs, almost 7 lbs so far! My goal weight is 140 lbs.

I can see your diary!

I have an open diary as well. My calorie goal is 1200.

I can't imagine having to wash all those little containers every day. That would drive me crazy.
