Thanks heybales, that makes sense and I figured it was something like that. Most of what I do is step-based ... racquetball, running, jogging, and walking. I am very new to both MyFitnessPal and also Fitbit. I began using the app about a week ago and just got the Fitbit Charge a couple of days ago. Hello All. Not totally sure I still belong in this group, as I am 37! But I just couldn't handle the depression of joining the 40's group and since technically I AM still in my 30's ... here I am.
