I've been rollercoastering for the last 2-3 years I've just restarted At 203.6 and the ultimate goal is 135, but I think I'd be happy with 135-150 so 68.6 lbs is the goal

Any cake mix , for example betty crocker and 1 cup pumpkin, mix and bake with just that and you have 100 cal/muffin/ cupcake. Butter pecan is pretty good as well as chocolate the pumpkin makes it moist.

I feel ya I just started to get back on track again, I've been roller coastering up and down with the same 15 pounds for the last two years. Walk, walk, walk and walk some more and drink lots o water it's always a good start :) Good luck and You can do it!!!
