You're probably consuming more than you think you are. Wouldn't rely on the nutrition labels at any fast food place. I would advise you start eating at home more than at subway. Weigh your foods and understand whats going into your body and it's doubtful you're burning 1700ish calories..

Don't buy soy protein..it's not as good of a protein source as whey. Most whey protein powders are something like 120 calories, 1g fat, 20-25g of protein.

The fact it's locally owned in my small city and has good equipment that commercial gyms don't often provide and how quick they are to fix things when they're broken...they don't wait around to have someone come in to fix it, they pretty much fix it themselves..
