  • hiya, i used to do a whole lot of running :) firstly if you are just getting into running, take it EASY. even if you did road running now are doing trail etc, it is really different. e.g. now you do sprints as well as hills! otherwise you will end up with injuries. believe me, that isn't good. also sounds like your hip…
  • cool thanks everyone! i think maybe just make sure i don't eat 1500 calories a day even if i work out a lot. if i try to stick to 1250 i should lose faster. :) i am losing weight and anyway i love exercise so that is never a problem! good idea with HRM though :) cheers all!!
