i would buy the big box of corn dogs from Costco and eat about 4 or 5 for a mid afternoon snack. i also used to eat like 4 packages of top ramen in one sitting. looking back its no surprise i used to be 280 pounds.

I like to cut it into chucks and boil it then puree it. then add some sugar or splenda, salt amd pepper depending on your preferences. Its simple sweet and salty and not to bad on the calorie count either

I always assumed if i bought the chicken raw its calorie count was for its raw not cooked weight.
