Oh my gosh thank you so much for the explanation. I just tried it and after fooling around the serving size for the meat, it is with 1 gram of matching the carbs listed on emeals.

the problem is that I can not find the nutrition information. The only "recipe" that I find in what is listed when you print out the meal plan. This one only tells you HOW to make the dish. I don't even see a serving size. So I have no problem entering the nutritional information BUT their is NONE that I can see. I…
