  • I have recently come to adore cottage cheese and usually have it with pineapple, berries or banana, honey and cinnamon. Tonight I had it (75g low fat) with a sprinkle of cinnamon (.25 tsp), 10g chopped pecans and a drizzle (2.5ml) of maple syrup. Delicious, full of protein and under 150 calories :)
  • Thanks for all the advice, I think I probably am over thinking it. Maybe what I really need is to reduce my carb intake and up protein and possibly fat.
  • Oh.... I hear ya, I have been known to polish off half a jar of pb while standing in front of my cupboard and using only my fingers...that stuff is the most delicious of dangerous substances and I cannot be trusted near it
