You are definitely going to have to change your meals if you want go from losing to gaining. Carbs and fat are going to help. You will gain some fat along the way to building muscle, and you have to be prepared for that. Don't be afraid!

You burn calories just to live. If you were to lie in bed and do absolutely nothing you would probably burn 1200 calories. Your goal is 2600 calories so that you are eating more than you are burning. You will be up by 600 by the end of the day. I hope this helps, message me if you want to talk about it more.

If you get a slow-cooker you can throw things in and come back to a meal, plus left overs to freeze.

Some breakfast ideas: Protein pancakes -1/3 cup oat bran -half scoop of protein powder -3 egg whites -1 TBSP milk That's the base, you can add different flavors.
