I thought for a minute it was gaming, then pizza...I think you covered golf...big yawn... Define healthy... some would say it's anything you buy from " TJ's, Whole F'ds or Sprouts" am I right?

I only allow these in the house once or twice a month, as well the windows need to be open after the males in the house consume them in mass quantities, and yes they are considered healthy.

Spinach is the now food again "over Kale" where have you people been? Thanks everyone for a great read... It made my day :D

because... monkeys... could be related to us? oh no, I am not getting into that debate that one as all the makings of a good carb bad carb debate...
-
Were we all compared to Monkeys? ok well, that right there could be insulting, but since this is a forum I am not taking it personally at all and I believe our haplorhine ("dry-nosed") primate friends, like the same food groups as we do, except for meat on that I don't know.

No, I look at the roll of the forums here as a way for us to be heard, and to get information, how you use that information is completely up to the person reading said information. Sugar aside, these forums are beneficial as you are going to get all different kinds of answers, you will need to take what you can use and…

You know ACG I always love to see what you make and post because you give me such great ideas, but sorry, not so sure about the ink squid how did it taste? I am not sure I can be that adventuresome. :)
-
Your story is incredible, what a transformation you look great. Thank you for the inspiration!

I I remembered their other comments, this being their first time in the states they also thought it was odd that all the food was brought to the table at the same time. This also may have been due to the restaurants here they were going to. Once I started to think about that, I saw correlations in that as well. I still…

This completely... Actually I love it when someone tells me here i am slacking and if i am full of *&%$ thats why complete strangers are a good mix for helping you overcome things your family would most likely never approach you on.
-
Ok apparations I think that makes three of us coming to your house for that steak and shrimp ;)
-
Ok he's just scary... and I don't think it's a "diet" he's on... kidding aside made the acquaintances with two Scandinavian's working here this past summer, they were absolutely amazed at our diet. They could not get over the amount of food that restaurants would bring to the table. There were other things but that is what…

That would be the "exercise" part... wait I think we need swords...
-
I have the scale too, the nice thing is it relays the weight info :s or :D to your weekly stats that the fitbit sends to your email, that's the one reason I got it. The percentage thing just annoys me, so I ignore it.
-

-
Beef ribeye, savoy cabbage, onions, red pepper, bok choy and the name escapes me on jasmine rice

I would suggest many of the new posters go back and look at several threads of this very discussion, the reason you are getting several negatives is, there isn't much in science to back the "addiction" unless you have a medical condition that would require you to limit it. Sugar is a carb. You will find a good portion of…
