I think McD's is trying for a healthier? re-fined? heck I don't know menu. I have not eaten there in years not even a coffee, so I would think that they needed to change something up.

I just posted this on the recipe thread. I let it sit for about 3 hours bringing it to room temp before placing it in the oven which I had not done before - best I have had in a long time. This and a salad - -

Just sent all my company off for a few hours - so I can :) put a nice big beef rib eye roast in the oven for dinner. I have a cast iron Dutch oven from my grandmother that just makes a roast taste the best. I will post pictures when it's done. Lately been cooking lots of Buffalo, roasts, steaks etc. from a local meat…

I know of one instant here in Denver where it already has ... we have a bar in our neighborhood that's lets people bring their dogs to an outside fenced area, it is a business model called The Bark Bar. The dogs get to mingle as do the owners, drink and socialize. They would like to add bar food to the inside bar area.…

This... I just had a salad from a chain, I did check the "nutritional facts" all I can say is, I had to guess estimate anyways I had to rely on my best guessing abilities... I did not get walnuts... I did add chicken...I had more fruit on it, more pineapple, more grapes, more mandarins... I only added half the dressing...…

dinner was a continuing mushroom challenge.... sautéed Hon shimeji mushrooms, onions, garlic, red pepper, buffalo roast cut up, white, brown and wild rice - buffalo has been on sale.... :)

Again killing me with these deserts.... wow just look so good. Anyways continuing with my cooking experiments' with mushrooms week dinner last night was buffalo ground beef tacos, with onions, red peppers, yellow foot mushrooms with black beans, feta. I could only eat one....

Buffalo Steaks with sautéed hedgehog mushrooms, pancetta, using sangria wine, ( I didn't have burgundy :) ) pasta with parm it actually worked pretty well, have a great weekend everyone
