45 lb difference, doesn't look that different beside eachother but I barely recognized myself in the mirror for the first couple of months after losing it all lol

I have been using T25 for a year now, just rotating between the stages. It's keeping me firm and toned - love my abs! (though I do pushups on the side as the arm work is a bit lax), and when you know the program you just switch to the version with the louder music and luckily the music is motivating :) I get bored easily…

I agree, heart rate monitor. You used to be able to set up Scosche to record your workout automatically into MFP, but since the Lollipop upgrade on Samsung phones, the original Scosche Rhythm app is being discontinued, and the other HRM apps that say they work with it won't connect to the armband :( Hope they fix this…

I've been doing T25 since last June, keep hopping between alpha and beta just to mix it up. Best abs of my life! Maybe after the wedding in June when I have time again for more than 2-3 days a week I'll be brave enough to try gamma lol. I find if you don't do it more than 2 days a week it gets harder.
