My father had multiple sclerosis. I think he was diagnosed when he was 25 and died last year. I don't mean to freak you out, though, because he had a specific kind of MS that was especially cruel and he could not move much at all by the time of his death. He had many friends who had MS, and they were still able to exercise…

Hesitantly, yes. I hope I'm getting some money out of that dare, though. Would you loan $3,000 to a friend?

I think we always had 2% milk in the house growing up, but as a kid I always took skim milk in the elementary school cafeteria. The carton was pink and I could not tell the difference in taste! I wasn't a big milk drinker, though. Now I can definitely tell the difference and think I prefer 2% milk over anything else.

Never done it before... but I'd probably give it a try. I'd be scared, though. Would you agree to wear red colored contacts for a month?

Sure! Sounds like an adrenaline blast. EDIT: Oops, meant for the repelling off a building HAHA! Maybe if it were in a rural area? Would you get free plastic surgery?
-
... No. Unless I was driving in a very very very remote area, I guess? Would you ever cuddle a tarantula?

Avocado brownies??? I've never heard of such a thing! I'd be willing to give them a try. Bacon Brownies

Those are both perfectly healthy, in my opinion. If you're already taking in your nutrients, why not go for the ice cream if you enjoy it?

Reminds me: For a sweet tooth you can put milk or cream over frozen fruit to create the makeshift ice cream as I suggested. If you want it to be more sweet, honey works very well though I usually just leave that off. You can also substitute greek yogurt for the milk/cream.... now I'm craving the stuff.

I believed it to be a lot less healthy. Today you can offer me some ice cream and I will accept it with open arms! Though I am willing to bet having a bowl of blueberries is healthier, with all the nutrients 'n all. Sometimes I take a bowl of frozen blueberries and put milk over them. It freezes and creates a sort of…

Well... actually, for me I guess it was more that I was too full to eat anything else hahaha, and didn't want to buy ice cream because I believed it to be a lot less healthy. I also used to find it much more difficult to stop myself from consuming the whole thing of ice cream. These days I'd probably just go for the ice…

Is a complete wine snob but will accept blood when there is no wine present.

I have a problem with this. A lot of the time I'm too lazy or forget to get up and get myself a glass of water. I like the taste of water and have no problem drinking it if I have the glass in hand :P I guess I get most of my water in by drinking coffee. Trying to change this, though. I recommend cucumber water for those…

I used to take half of a butternut squash and heat it up with some cinnamon and a tad of butter for dinner. Extremely filling and helped with my sweet tooth.

Not spending more time with my dad before he died. Do you have children? If not, do you want children?

That cucumber sub is a really good idea. Looks delicious and easy to make... think I'm going to steal your idea, thanks for sharing! :D

I used to go through an entire huge jar of peanut butter in a couple of days. Had to keep buying the stuff. One time (as a poor student) all I had in my apartment was a jar of chunky peanut butter. That's all I ate, and now it makes me ill. I can only tolerate a spoonful every once in a while. These days I can't control…

Chop up a bunch of veggies like cucumbers, celery, etc and eat them with some hummus. Though the key is to not eat the whole thing of hummus in one go... whoops.

I agree with the above poster, that you should speak with a professional. Though I can say I used to suffer from bulimia and can see a lot of my past self in your comment. I'm happy you have a great man who can encourage you :) Know that there are people here who believe in you as well!

In the past when I lost weight, I didn't even notice a difference in the mirror. One day I was taking a shower and wrapped my arms around myself and was shocked at.... how much of me I could hold! I think I was down about 15 pounds at that point. After that I really gave the mirror a good look and made out the differences.

I'd say one of the easiest things is chili. Just throw in onions, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, and whatever other vegetables you happen to have on hand. You can buy chicken or beef depending on what kind of chili you like. Diced tomatoes, some beans... if you have a crockpot you can simmer it in there all day, or you can…

That's awful and I'm sorry to hear that. To me it sounds like she's insecure about her own self image. It's sad but my mom even confessed to me that she was a little upset about how quickly my stepfather was able to lose weight. I suggest you talk with her and tell her that her comments are hurtful. You should be nothing…

Great job to everyone. You should be very proud of yourselves- you all look amazing and are the definition of motivation!
