Cough syrup with mucinex, plenty of fluids. Comfort food and Netflix. They make these eucalyptus bath things you throw in the shower and the stream helps open your airways. I love those things when I'm stuffed up. I had that same sickness last week. Feel better soon.

I agree with Louise1491 in the sense that the multiple messages were going overboard. Do I think he's a great guy? Doesn't sound like it. If he truly valued you he would make you a priority BUT all those messages would scream "uh oh" to me too. One message stating your displeasure is plenty. Let it go.

An ectopic heartbeat is extra beats. Like PVCs, PACS etc. we don't typically get excited about that unless they are frequent or your BP, heart rate, perfusion are out of whack. Anything can cause it, anxiety, wonky electrolytes, heart damage, the list goes on and on. Since you are young and in shape definitely see it…
