I am in, several years ago I set to walk 30 minutes every day and I was able to do this for 8 months and felt great, this year is a new day and I am ready to go :wink:

I am in, starting a few days late, but ready to make this a daily habit - Goal is 12,000 steps

I love my Fitbit - when I forget to put it on I am so upset. It is a great motivational tool. I lost 40lbs using MFP and Fitbit. 10lbs have come back, so I am really trying to recommit.

Whouwannab - did you start the 21 day fix? How are you doing, is it worth it to spend the money?

I am in - trying to get these last 10lbs off, had it off in October of 2013, and now they are back plus 5 - today is a great day to refocus!!! thanks for friends and support to get this done. Way to go everyone.
