30 minutes? :open_mouth: I think if you could manage to get a full 30 minutes then you could count it as 30 minutes callisthenics maybe but 30 solid minutes even for the fittest of people would be pushing the limits

I use the garmin vivofit with heart rate monitor i find it very accurate when you use the hrm during my workouts

Maybe write everything down on a piece of paper then log it in after its done? paper is way cheaper then phone replacement.

there are that many core exercises that require no equipment what so ever that i truly dont know where to begin. best advise would be search youtube.. 5 or 10 minutes a day is ample time. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=core+workout

I guess it depends on the type and intensity of the workout, I personally workout 6 days a week alternating weight training and HIIT, doing 3 of each a week.. I think at least 1 days rest while doing high intensity routines is needed for the body to repair, but if you are doing low impact cardio then I think daily would be…

I would suggest checking out fitnessblender.com they have workouts for all abilities and have a "search workout" where you can set intensity, workout type, duration etc.. Pretty sure you will find something for your level there. Plus as you improve fitness you get up the intensity of your workouts

Poached egg on wholemeal toast with cottage cheese pre workout and a whey protein shake made with chocolate milk post workout then cherry juice a little later on for its anti inflammatory benefits.. this will keep your protein levels high and aid recovery.
